Elizabeth Skinner Coaching
Elizabeth is a talented life coach who encouraged me to grow in confidence and live my life purpose. I’ve achieved personal and career milestones that I never thought would be possible; from working on a book and stepping up in leadership, to setting boundaries and making lifestyle changes to support my wellbeing. Compassionate, intelligent and empowering, I highly recommend coaching with Elizabeth.

“I found Elizabeth when I needed help and guidance the most. She has truly opened my eyes to a lot of things that were missing from my life and helped me shape the vision of the person I want to become. By being pragmatically honest with me and pushing me to constantly step out of my comfort zone, is really what I needed to achieve my goals, both personally and professionally. Through working with Elizabeth I was finally able to see and feel the progress I was making in my journey and if it weren’t for her, I don’t think I would have gathered up the courage to do a lot of things on my own.”

“I highly recommend Elizabeth as a life and career coach. In our work together focusing on career transition she has provided exceptional value in her ability to assess situations quickly and offer concrete tools, processes and plans of action to enable successful growth, change and resilience. She also helped me to success at long-standing personal goals, finding greater balance in my life. She is extremely personable and has the ability to connect with her clients quickly and to begin work with them. She is trustworthy, always encouraging and patient. She is also very empathic and professional.”

“Elizabeth’s is professional and supportive nature helped me open up my mind and come along with her guidance to explore my true thoughts and feelings. In each session, I felt like I’d been through a journey to get in touch with myself better which in return became more aware of my actions/ thoughts. With that said, she’s good at identifying where I was in my journey and inspiring me to take lead of my own journey effectively. Although sometimes I let loose of myself and got lost in the goal. She would be there to challenge me to come further.
I am very grateful for the whole journey she’s been through together with me. Now I feel more empowered and courageous when pursing my goal.”

“Elizabeth has a gift for opening up doors to help us acknowledge our saboteurs and unconscious beliefs that may be holding us back. She encourages us to question these saboteurs, understand the power they are currently having over us: mentally, physically and emotionally. She then trains us in how to let them go. It is a really powerful technique which can have life-changing results.”
– Jacquetta de Fouchier – Entrepreneur | Munich Hypnobirthing
“Before coaching I struggled to realise and acknowledge my achievements and strengths which made me feel insecure, unhappy and depressed. I now have a more positive attitude and can really see who and what I am. I am able to identify and silence my inner critic, and I can also connect with my inner leader and turn its volume up.
For anyone unsure whether to do coaching, I would say if you feel like doing it, just go for it. Of course this step seems risky and imposes challenges as having to face your true self, but that is the only way that you can achieve being truly you.
Finally, although group coaching might seem odd it in the beginning, it really isn’t as all members of the group are at the same crossroads of discovering themselves and the support you can get from similar minded people is not only validating your experience but also provides you with a support group that is also able to hold you accountable.”

“My biggest challenge prior to coaching was to be able to express my ideas and my needs in front of other people. I was worried about what other people’s opinion might be and what they could think if I said something wrong. Since participating in Ignite Your Confidence I am more relaxed around people and I am aware of my strength. I also realised that many other people are in my situation and I am not alone. I can now recognise in which situations I am too harshly judging myself and I can allow myself to appreciate fully my achievements.
For anyone who is on the fence about coaching I would say Just do it! Talking to people that have the same insecurities made me realise I’m not alone in this journey. I learnt strategies that I can use every day to become the better version of myself
Overall it was a great experience and I would suggest it to everyone. Elizabeth is very caring and she could drive us without imposing herself or a certain program to follow, but still giving us great suggestions.”
