“Elizabeth is a real empowerment cheerleader who works tirelessly to support people in getting clear on their purpose and fulfill their potential. This is ever visible in the broad range of events she has been delivering for the TUM Career Center as well as TUM‘s women’s network since 2019.

Developing content ideas with Elizabeth is fun and easy as she has extensive experience in career coaching as well as an intuitive understanding of what is current and needed by our students and alumni. She has conducted various webinars on topics such as leadership and (international) career development and on the topic of confidence – her area of expertise. These included „Discovering one’s life purpose“, „Fighting perfectionism“ and a „Confidence Booster“ format which encourages women to follow their passion and to act upon it.

Continuously, Elizabeth’s meticulously researched and planned events stand out with their wealth of information and resources. I am always in awe of her creative presentations and calm way of speaking, which make it easy for our diverse group of participants to understand the content. All her events receive high marks during evaluation and continue to attract large numbers of attendees.

Elizabeth is reliable and extremely well-organized which makes working with her particularly pleasing. I hope we will get to continue collaborating together so that many more of our students and alumni can profit from her life-changing content and insights.”
